Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction: Use energy-saving lamps and a reasonable lighting layout to reduce lighting energy consumption; adjust air conditioning settings and reasonably control temperature and humidity to lower energy consumption; prefer environmentally friendly equipment with low energy consumption and low emissions; promote paperless office work to reduce paper usage; implement garbage classification to promote resource recycling and reuse; improve the efficiency of water resource usage and reduce waste; encourage the recycling and reuse of scrapped items; and purchase environmental protection equipment such as air purifiers to reduce environmental pollution.
Waste Management: Classify, store and dispose of waste to ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations. Hazardous waste generated from office activities, production activities and experimental activities shall be classified and stored by the departments that produce the waste, marked properly and transported to the designated areas. Volatile waste liquid shall be contained in covered containers and must not be discharged directly from the sink or sewer. All hazardous waste is recycled by qualified recycling factories.
